I’m a worship leader at a church of about 3000 in Warsaw, IN (Northern, IN). I just graduated from college and landed this sweet job. I’ve been leading worship since high school but being at a worship pastor at a large church is a lot different than college ministry. I was wondering if I could pick your brain a little to get some insight on how to effectively be a leader in this type of position, both on stage and off. I saw your pastor Steven speak at Catalyst a couple weeks ago and thought that it would be cool to get connected to another worship leader that is at a large church.
